SIA's Dynamic Enquiry Manager (DEM) 2.0 provides users with the facilities to perform on-line data queries from tables within databases. Data may be residing on same or different databases as well as same or different database servers.
- User-friendly interface for user to define connectivity to database server/database.
- Flexible selection and define table(s) within database(s) as query targets.
- User-defined relationship on Cross-table fields.
- Assignment user understandable terms to fields within query.
- User-friendly graphical user interface for user to define and generate SQL statement.
- Generate query result by choosing preferred information, condition and sorting.
- Aggregate Functions supported in query, including COUNT, MAX, MIN, SUM, AVG.
- Save result as sub-query for further querying.
- Facility to store and manage user frequent-used query statements and store as templates.
- Template assignment for specific users/user groups to use
- Choice to select query result set output as on-screen preview, report format, file export and plot charts.
- DEM 2.0 runs as a standalone or web-based Java application.
